Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: Training as a local authority technical employee or equivalent
Experience: Experience wanted in a local authority, ideally in catering

- Experience in local authorities, ideally in catering.
- Skill with cleaning products, equipment and machines.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Basic cooking techniques and waiting skills.
- Team spirit, initiative and adaptability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
