Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired, because the Adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Confirmed level
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols and HACCP standards
- Knowledge of handling techniques and safety rules
- Follow a premises cleaning schedule
- Report information to managers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
