Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning methods well.
- Know hygiene, safety and HACCP rules.
- Know safe lifting postures and basic first aid.
- Know how to use cleaning products and equipment.
- Be rigorous and able to work on your own.
- Respect the duty of discretion and confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
