Civil servants (titulaires) can apply first. Contract workers can be hired as an exception if no civil servant is suitable, and must prepare the category B competitive exam.
Category: Category B (intermediate)

- Excellent knowledge of cinema.
- Skills in InDesign, Photoshop and office software.
- Knowledge of digital communication and social media.
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- Good people skills, welcoming, organised.
- Available occasionally in the evenings and at weekends.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
