- Expert in project management and delivery.
- Expert in building an action plan and leading a network.
- Working knowledge of cooperation networks and procedures.
- Working knowledge of budget and accounting management.
- Expert in people skills and analytical thinking.
- Advanced or independent English.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
