Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of Attaché, Ingénieur, Rédacteur principal de 1re classe and Technicien principal de 1re classe.

Experience: Experienced profile, with successful experience leading cross-team projects
The profile they look for:
- Experienced manager in category A or B with cross-team project leadership
- Knowledge of ecological transition and climate adaptation issues for local authorities
- Knowledge of participatory democracy: consultation, participatory budgeting
- Good understanding of the local public sector: public procurement, calls for projects
- Taste for experimentation and teaching
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
