Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the rédacteur and technicien grades of the territorial civil service.

Diploma: Higher education diploma in the relevant fields
The profile they look for:
- Hold a higher education diploma in the relevant fields.
- Know how a local government body works.
- Know public policies and their legal framework.
- Be aware of sustainable development issues.
- Be skilled with computer tools.
- Be able to lead a network and meetings.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your application by email to the recruitment department, with your cover letter and CV. If needed, send it by post instead.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
