This job is open to civil servants (titulaires) in category A and to contract staff. Non-permanent candidates can be hired on a 3-year public law fixed-term contract.

Diploma: Higher education in human resources, level 6, or level 5 with experience
Experience: Solid experience in medical human resources (length not stated)
