Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The VTA scheme requires being aged 18 to 30 and holding at least a bac + 2.

Diploma: Bac + 2 at minimum (bac + 2 to bac + 3 requested)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
