Open to civil servants (titulaires) at the rank of rédacteur principal de 2e classe, and to contract agents. Contract hiring is based on article L332-25 of the general civil service code.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education in environment, waste management, sustainable development or territorial animation
Experience: "Expert" level stated; a first experience in project management or network animation is ideal

- Organised and independent, comfortable with varied contacts.
- Good writing skills and office software skills.
- Knowledge of local authorities is appreciated.
- Driving licence (permis B) essential.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
