Territorial civil servants in the attaché or engineer grades (including principal and hors classe) can apply. A contract agent can also be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

- Good knowledge of local government law and public procurement.
- Experience running projects and dashboards.
- Strong analysis, summary and writing skills.
- Good listening skills, enjoys teamwork, works independently and takes initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
