- IT project manager, with public sector experience
- Ability to put user experience at the centre of the project
- Experience designing and managing websites, with Drupal and HTML
- Knowledge of web quality, eco-design, digital accessibility and APIs
- Knowledge of the French State design system (DSFR) is a plus
