This job is open to any qualified candidate, civil servant or not. A non-civil servant would be hired as a contract agent, after no suitable civil servant is found.

Diploma: Bac + 5 minimum
Experience: At least 5 years in international project management
The profile they look for:
- Bac + 5 minimum, with 5 years of international project management experience.
- Good knowledge of Caribbean marine ecosystems.
- Good skills in administrative and financial management of European or international projects.
- Technical English, written and spoken, is essential; Spanish is highly valued.
- Good research, analysis and writing skills.
- Rigour, initiative and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
