Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The post is open at the engineer grade (ingénieur territorial).
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: At least Bac+5, in environment, hydrology, planning or ecology
Experience: 2 to 5 years in local authorities, water agencies, public bodies, environmental NGOs or field project management
The profile they look for:
- Degree Bac+5 to Bac+8 in environment, hydrology, planning or ecology
- Knowledge of water and environmental regulation (DCE, SDAGE, SAGE, ICPE)
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Public project management: planning, budget, coordination, evaluation
- Technical English: reading, writing and speaking
- Driving licence B essential
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
