Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Open grades: Attaché, Rédacteur, Rédacteur principal de 1re classe and 2e classe.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 or higher in economics, business, planning, urban planning, political science or territorial development.
Experience: Beginners accepted.

- Good knowledge of local authorities and of public and private stakeholders.
- Initiative and ability to lead a network and bring actors together.
- Analytical and summary skills.
- Strong people skills and interest in fieldwork.
- Driving licence (B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
