Open to civil servants and contract staff, for the attaché, attaché hors classe and attaché principal grades of the local civil service. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Experience: Significant experience in mass catering and in central kitchen projects.
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in public or private mass catering.
- Experience with central kitchen projects or complex public contracts.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, EGAlim, GEMRCN and accessibility standards.
- Ability to analyse workflows, production volumes and food costs.
- Good listening and dialogue skills, and ability to work in project teams.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
