Diploma: Bac+5 in a technical field
Experience: Experience preferred in road infrastructure

- Knowledge of roads, mobility, transport and public procurement.
- Ability to lead a network, manage a team and drive change.
- Good organisation, analysis and summary skills.
- Good people skills, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
