Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Hiring a contract worker is based on article L.332-2-2° of the French civil service general code.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Physical fitness for lifting and handling.
- Ability to organise works with managers and site heads.
- Security clearance wanted for some works (electrical, working at height).
- Possible availability outside office hours, with on-call duty or overtime.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
