The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of computer networks and IP telephony.
- Knowledge of IT security.
- Skills in Windows Server and Linux.
- Configuring switches, routers, firewalls and IP phones.
- Writing and updating technical documentation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
