Diploma: Bac+2 to Bac+3 level (licence or equivalent), ideally in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical or energy
Experience: Not stated. Technical maintenance experience is appreciated.
The profile they look for:
- Degree at Bac+2 to Bac+3 in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical or civil engineering
- Technical maintenance or contractor follow-up experience is an asset
- Knowledge of safety, risk prevention and regulatory compliance
- Rigour, organisation and ability to set priorities
- Good interpersonal skills with teams, users and contractors
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
