Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public competition can be hired, because an entry-level category C grade is open.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Experienced, at least 2 years in a similar post in a local authority or public body
The profile they look for:
- Know the territorial civil service rules
- Master training schemes: training plan, CPF, VAE, competitive exams
- Strong interest in workforce planning (GPEEC) and quality of working life
- At least 2 years in a similar post
- Good writing skills and ability to summarise
- Master Teams, intranet, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Post open to rédacteur and adjoint administratif grades.
- The post may be filled by a contract worker if no civil servant applies.
