The profile they look for:
- Master office software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
- Have practical budget and accounting skills.
- Be able to analyse, organise yourself and work in a team.
- Have good interpersonal skills and communicate well.
- Know the professional environment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
