Diploma: Bac +3 minimum in public finance, public law or information systems

- Good knowledge of public procurement, contract management and M57 budget and accounting rules.
- Knowledge of local authorities and change management.
- Experience leading IT projects is ideal.
- Basic knowledge of training design.
- Strong writing skills, teaching ability and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
