Diploma: Bac+3 or engineering degree
Experience: Proven experience managing development operations, architecture or public works
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 with proven experience managing development operations, or an engineering degree.
- Knowledge of the public procurement code and the MOP law.
- Ability to write specifications.
- Skills in managing project operations.
- Rigour, autonomy and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
