Experience: Experience in running public facilities, buildings or technical infrastructure
The profile they look for:
- Experience running public facilities, buildings or technical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of property and technical operations and asset management.
- Skills in monitoring maintenance and infrastructure management contracts.
- Knowledge of safety rules for buildings and equipment.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures.
- Rigour, organisation and autonomy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
