Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The open grades are rédacteur and technicien, including the senior grades.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the local authority and its organisation
- Good knowledge of cleaning and waste collection
- Good knowledge of public procurement and purchasing
- Ability to supervise service providers and check quality
- Good organisation skills and coordination with service providers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence required.
- Choice of a 39h or 40h working week, with 27 days of annual leave and at least 22 days of RTT.
- Post vacant from 11 January 2027.
