- Good knowledge of the water and sanitation regulations
- Project management methods
- Advanced knowledge of public works and design contracts
- Technical and financial analysis skills
- Rigour, autonomy and a sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 15 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time: 36 hours over 4.5 days, 5 RTT days per year.
- Contribution of 30 € per month to the health insurance contract.
- The employer is a member of the CNAS social welfare body.
