Territorial civil servants and contract staff can apply. The grades concerned are attaché, ingénieur, rédacteur principal or technicien principal.

The profile they look for:
- Know public energy policies and funding bodies.
- Be able to run local projects and action programmes.
- Be able to write and follow partnership agreements.
- Advise project leaders through their steps.
- Have good knowledge of renewable energy.
- Have good listening, communication and writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
