Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules.
- Knowledge of safety rules and instructions.
- Knows basic first aid gestures.
- Sense of organisation and a methodical mind.
- Able to work independently.
- Respects the chain of command and instructions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 21 days)
Send your application by email or through the employer's website, addressed to the Mayor, before 22 November 2026.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
