Open to civil servants of the territorial public service in the attaché or engineer grades, including principal and hors classe. Contract staff can also be hired.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Engineering degree or Master 2 in digital project management.
Experience: 4 to 5 years.
The profile they look for:
- Skills in managing a project portfolio.
- Knowledge of budget monitoring in local authorities.
- Good understanding of how a digital project runs.
- Knowledge of the local government environment.
- Strong organisation and forward planning skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
