- Mastery of wastewater treatment and urban hydraulics processes.
- Knowledge of environmental law, administrative law and the water law.
- Ability to write prefectoral orders and notes.
- Good interpersonal skills, teaching ability and discretion with local officials and partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
