Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded. Grades concerned: rédacteur, rédacteur principal 2nd or 1st class.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
