Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the post is open to entry-level grades in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The post is vacant from 13/11/2026.
- Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class.
- A contract worker can be hired while waiting for a civil servant (art. L332-14).
