Civil servants of the technician cadre (territorial technicians) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education at bac+2 level, or proven experience in the field
Experience: Experience in design management, project management or project owner assistance, as stated in the profile
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 or proven experience in roads or design management.
- Good knowledge of roads, bridges and road projects.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules and the MOP law.
- Good office software skills; design software such as Autocad is a plus.
- Rigour, autonomy, good people and writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
