Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because one of the open grades is an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 or successful experience
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 level diploma or successful experience.
- Electrical authorisation (habilitation électrique).
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Good computer skills.
- Good written and oral communication.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
