Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the technician, senior technician (2nd class) and senior technician (1st class) grades. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Diploma: Bac+2 in the technical field, or territorial technician grade
The profile they look for:

- Know public project ownership and public procurement rules.
- Be able to write a specification document.
- Be able to plan a project and track its budget.
- Enjoy teamwork and working across departments.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Full-time job, based at the Hôtel de la Communauté urbaine Caen la mer.
- Driving licence (permit B) required, travel across the area is expected.
- Technical on-call duty for about one week per year.
- Remote work possible.
