Civil servants at engineer, principal engineer or senior engineer grade, and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac+5 minimum in engineering, with a preferred specialisation in building engineering or operations management
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how local authorities work
- Good command of the public procurement code
- Knowledge of technical inspection, safety and fire regulations
- Knowledge of construction in tropical and overseas areas
- Ability to manage projects
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
