The profile they look for:
- Have a Bac+5 level (master) and a driving licence (permis B).
- Know building and public procurement regulations well.
- Know public accounting rules and construction techniques.
- Be able to write specifications and complex reports.
- Be organised, responsive and good at dialogue and consultation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
