- Knowledge of budget law rules
- Knowledge of the financial organisation of the Ministry of the Armed Forces
- Skills in budgeting and budget monitoring methods (HT2)
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, indicators and dashboards
- Good interpersonal skills, with analysis and synthesis skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
