- Experience as public project owner for road infrastructure
- Technical skills: urban planning, civil engineering, road networks
- Knowledge of public procurement, accounting and budget rules
- Good understanding of the local public sector
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
