Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because one of the grades is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Level 3 diploma: CAP, BEP or brevet des collèges
The profile they look for:
- Level 3 diploma: CAP, BEP or brevet des collèges.
- Independence, rigor and teamwork.
- Versatility and availability.
- Driving licence B (manual gearbox) required.
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols (HACCP).
- Ability to use mechanical equipment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job with an annualised timetable.
- Lifting loads of 5 to 15 kg and standing for long periods.
- Remote work is not possible.
- The offer gives two different salary amounts.
