Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied. The adjoint technique grade is an entry grade, so no competitive exam is needed.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
