Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, as the entry grade is Adjoint technique (category C).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Successful experience in a similar job, ideally in a local authority.
- Knowledge of the equipment used in each facility and of maintenance work.
- Ability to adapt to different people and situations.
- Care for work well done.
- Valid driving licence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply only by postal mail to the Mairie du Cannet. State the job title and the offer number in your cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- You may have to work on Saturdays depending on service needs.
- You may work on any facility if needed.
