Diploma: Engineer degree or bac+2 in information systems
Experience: Experienced, 5 to 10 years
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of information systems.
- Solid knowledge of local government work and project engineering.
- Working knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Ability to assess risks and lead change.
- Good writing, listening and negotiation skills with suppliers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
