Open to civil servants and contract agents, in the technician grades. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Vocational bac to bac+3 in water management, environment, sustainable planning or urban hydraulics
The profile they look for:
- Master IT tools, including GIS and Excel
- Have skills in project management, project supervision and public procurement
- Know environmental rules on sanitation and rainwater management
- Have knowledge of hydraulic and hydrological modelling
- Be autonomous, rigorous, with good writing skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
