- Knowledge of systems, networks and telephony.
- Strong command of security and cybersecurity standards.
- Ability to lead technical projects.
- Ability to communicate and advise.
- Rigour, autonomy and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
