Civil servants can apply and be seconded. Contract staff can also apply, under article L332-24 of the general civil service code. Open grades: technician, senior technician (2nd or 1st class).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BAC +2 or BAC +3 in a technical field (energy, building, climate engineering, environment).
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of building technical systems (heating, ventilation, building controls).
- Knowledge of energy renovation issues for public buildings.
- Skill in analysing technical and energy data.
- Knowledge of the Éco Énergie Tertiaire decree and the OPERAT platform is wanted.
- Office software skills; driving licence B required.
- Organised, independent, proactive, able to report clearly.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
