Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded, for a maximum of six years.

Diploma: Bac+3/4/5 degree in management control, or business and public administration management
Experience: At least 5 years of experience
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 to bac+5 degree in management control or business management
- Knowledge of administrative and financial rules for local authorities
- Good skills in administrative and financial management
- Comfortable with business tools and information systems
- Able to organise work around legal deadlines
- Teamwork, autonomy and versatility
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
