Civil servants at attaché territorial grade can apply. Contract staff with a BAC +3 degree at least in financial analysis or management control can also apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Diploma: Degree at BAC +3 minimum in financial analysis or management control
The profile they look for:
- Higher education degree in management control or financial analysis.
- Good writing, analysis and summary skills.
- Comfortable speaking in public, including in governance bodies.
- Independence, rigour, curiosity and a team spirit.
- Driving licence required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence required, with occasional travel to establishments.
- Experience in the medico-social sector, local authorities or public management control is an asset.
- Category A (managerial) post, based in Besançon.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
