4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:

- Driving licence B required. Service vehicles provided.
- 70 hours over 15 days, Monday to Sunday, with weekend work.
- May be called in during storm warnings. Wearing protective equipment is compulsory.
